What a Contacts Manager sees
- Their workspaces only: After signing in, Your workspaces lists only the workspaces they were added to. They can switch only between those.
- A read only funnel list: Inside a workspace they see Your role here with the Contacts Manager badge. There is no “Create Funnel” button and no menu to edit or delete funnels.
- The Leads page: Clicking a funnel opens its leads. They do not see the editor. The tabs Leads, Analytics and Activity are at the top.
What they can do with leads
- Update a lead’s status: Move leads through your pipeline, for example from CONTACTED to MEETING to CONVERTED.
- Add notes: Write internal comments on a lead to track your conversation.
- Search and filter: Find people with the search box and filters.
- Export: Download leads as CSV or Excel. See Export your leads.
What they can see in Analytics and Activity
- Analytics: How many visitors become leads, and where traffic, devices and countries come from. See Funnel analytics.
- Activity: New leads, status changes and notes. See Activity log.
