The Learn tab holds 18 short video lessons that are built into AskFunnel. Each one is about one to two minutes long and shows one task on screen, such as creating a workspace or testing a funnel. Every lesson has a matching help article in this Help Center, so you can watch first and read the details after. With the lessons, you can:
  • Watch a task done step by step. Each lesson follows a short list of steps.
  • Jump to the part you need. Every lesson has a list of chapters with their times.
  • Read instead of watch. Every lesson has a written walkthrough and captions.
  • Pick up where you stopped. AskFunnel remembers your place in a lesson.
Before you start, you need: Every role can open the lessons.

Important to note

  • The lessons show a fictional business with demo data. Your screens show your own funnels and leads. If a screen in a lesson looks different from yours, follow the help article for the current steps.
  • A lesson counts as watched when you have played about nine tenths of it. Skipping ahead does not count. Your Watched marks and your place are saved in the browser you use, so they do not follow you to another browser or device, and your teammates do not see them.
  • The Learn button is hidden while you are inside the funnel builder. Go back to your funnels first.

How do I know it is working?

  • The video plays, and the chapter list jumps to the time you click.
  • After you play most of a lesson, its card in the Learn tab shows Watched.
  • If you stop part way, its card shows Continue lesson and the video starts again where you left off.

Troubleshooting

It is hidden inside the funnel builder. Go back to your funnels page and look again. On a small screen, look for the book icon without the word. You also need to be signed in.
Check your internet connection and click “Try again”. The written walkthrough under the video works even when the video does not.
Your progress is saved in the browser where you watched. A different browser, another device, a private window or cleared browser data starts empty.
The lessons use a fictional business, and the product may have changed since a lesson was recorded. Follow the matching help article in the table above for the current steps.
The lessons are part of the app, so they need an active plan or free trial. See Upgrade your plan.
